Using a secure connection between our office and your office, we can provide dedicated face-to-face desktop support using Remote Assistance, our staff can share your users desktop to see precisely the problem and ensure that your users are not impacted by long delays.  Using advanced diagnostic tools, we can accurately identify any problems and avoid frustrating band-aid solutions like “Just reboot and try again!”

Monitoring & Regular Maintenance

To keep your system running smoothly, Imagemation can implement a plan to keep it that way. Our range of services includes:

Remote Monitoring

Security monitoring of your network for intrusion detection and identification of any suspect or malicious access to your network

Health monitoring of your server to ensure that it has enough hard disk space (and other resources) free to keep running

Monitoring of all the server software, and automatic alerting if there are any errors

Checking of backup logs as part of the disaster recovery plan

Monitoring of virus alerts and quarantined suspect files

Review of internet access to review compliance with your acceptable use policy.

Onsite Maintenance

As part of the maintenance plan, our staff will visit your site on a regular and scheduled basis to perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Checking backup tape rotation and off-site storage
  • Create emergency recovery disks and server images as part of our disaster recovery planning
  • Review physical security of the server and check backup systems such as UPS (uninterruptible power supply)
  • Connect new peripherals or computers
  • Provide induction training for new staff
  • Address any concerns or enhancements required

Service and Security Patches

Microsoft regularly releases minor enhancements to the Small Business suite designed to fix problems such as security vulnerabilities, memory use and other glitches.  Some of these patches are classified as optional, depending on your requirements and situation.  Our support staff will ensure that you get all the necessary patches to eliminate potential problems.
